Our return and exchange policy lasts 7 days of received you an order. If 7 days have passed since your received, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
Customized products will not be refund only can be exchange.
(We only can exchange customized products when it will received to you as damage, not correct, not working, and broken, if you received like this then take a picture or video as a proof and send it to us on our giving address.)
In any return  & exchange Delivery Charges will not be refunded.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Please return goods with a copy of the invoice & return & exchange form, with ID card number and mention the reason for returning the items.
Some types of products are exempt from being returned such as food, cannot be return.
Return  requests will be processed within 7 working days after receiving the return products.
Customer needs to return the merchandise via traceable delivery i.e. courier or registered post on his own expense to our address.

Refunds Policy:

All of our products which are not customized can be refunded. you simply can return any item and request for refund.
Customized products will not be refunded only exchange.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, credit will automatically send on your ID card via Easypaisa, or can be in your Easypaisa & Jazzcash  account or bank as per you recommended us in return & exchange form, within a certain amount of days.
Clearance sale items will not be refunded or exchange due to already in least price offers for clearance.

We do exchange all of our products as per your requirements like size and color change but if available, so before make a exchange kindly re-check our stock on products.
